  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups of mashed bananas
  • ½ cup almond butter (You can even use peanut butter )
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup butter (Better to use olive oil if available)
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 Tsp baking soda pinch of sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup chocolate chips


First of all, Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Take a large bowl, and mash bananas with fork, then add eggs, almond butter, Vanilla and butter. whisk together right until completely merged.

Then take medium bowl, Combine coconut flour, baking powder,cinnamon, baking soda, and little salt as per taste. Mix using a wooden spoon right until completely combined.

Put 3 Tablespoons batter into each Muffins cup and bake for somewhere around 20 minutes. or until browned on top. Put in toothpick directly into muffins, if toothpick comes out nice and clean the Banana Muffins are ready for the taste. Remember to cool the muffins for at least 5-10 minutes before removing from Pan then put it in a refrigerator for some time.
